Piers Morgan Tonight – Arthur Baker Freebass Remix Chosen for Trailer for CNN’s Larry King Tonight Replacement

Former Daily Mirror editor Piers Morgan has long since left the print industry for a television career and his increasing profile, especially in the US with his role of judge on America’s Got Talent, has seen him land one of the most prestigious job in journalism as the replacement for America’s foremost interviewer Larry King as he retires from his “Larry King Live” 9pm CNN show.

“Piers Morgan Tonight” launches Monday January 17th in the Larry King slot. With Piers as the King-In-Waiting of American interviewers, he is joined on his first show by the Queen of Television, Oprah Winfrey, who has recently launched her own TV channel, OWN (Oprah Winfrey Network).

Freebass’ “You Don’t Know This About Me - The Arthur Baker Remix" has been chosen to soundtrack the advance thirty second television promo for this much anticipated launch, with the theme “You Don’t Know This About... Piers." The track was recorded early in the Freebass sessions before the band found a lead singer. The Charlatans UK's Tim Burgess wrote the vocal for his Mancunian rock star pals while driving through the Hollywood Hills. It eventually became the lead track on Freebass’ debut EP, Two Worlds Collide.
